With a passion for helping people, Yvonne’s greatest strength lies in making sure you are treated with dignity and respect. While at Chad Jones Law, she has been promoted to numerous positions giving her an understanding of a case from the beginning to the end. In her many roles, she talks to potential clients and schedules appointments, oversees medical and billing records, as well as the expenses for such records, manage text messages, leads and trains legal and support assistants, and oversees the beginning stages of pre-litigation. Yvonne has more than 30 years of experience in customer service, driven by a passion for helping people. Born and raised in the Bryan/College Station area, Yvonne is very active in the community. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 27 years and has five children.
