Liens and subrogation claims have become even more complicated, and the laws often change. These issues can become a problem in injury and wrongful death cases if not handled correctly. Many victims of accidents are taken advantage of by hospitals and health insurance companies who try to take money from the settlement of injured victims or families of victims of a wrongful death. Stephanie assists Mr. Jones in identifying these issues and handling them as quickly as possible. We ensure that you don't pay a penny more than what is required by law and is reasonable for your medical care.
