Chad E. Jones, Founding Member and Managing Partner
For over 20 years, Chad E. Jones has been representing injured and disabled people in Bryan, College Station, Midland, Waco, Odessa and throughout Texas. An alumnus of Texas A&M University, Mr. Jones is passionate about helping his clients when it matters most and dedicated to keeping abreast of Texas Law. Kevin Kornegay, Senior Attorney
Kevin Kornegay is a dedicated litigation attorney with more than 10 years of experience representing clients in a diverse practice, including personal injury and criminal defense cases. Prior to joining Chad Jones Law, he defended personal injury claims and aserved as a prosecutor. He has the knowledge needed to advocate for his clients and is dedicated to obtaining positive results in their cases. Learn more about Kevin Kornegay.
Sabrina Morales is a personal injury attorney serving in the College Station office. Prior to joining Chad Jones Law, she was a law clerk for a Houston firm and a legal extern for a government agency. She had previously gained experience as a legal intern for a civil district court judge in Harris County. Sabrina graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston and had previously earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Mary's University. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Brazos County Bar Association. An active member of the community, she is involved with the Lone Star Running Project for teens and dog rescue groups in Laredo. Sabrina’s priority is her clients and making sure they get the treatment they need to get back to the state they were in before their wreck.
Tadarious Hawkins is a personal injury attorney at Chad Jones Law. As an associate in the firm’s College Station office, he helps with cases on the Brazos County mental health docket. Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial extern in Arkansas and a law clerk with two firms in Little Rock, AR. Born and raised in Texas, Tadarious received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. He was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity while there. He received his Master of Science degree in sports administration and his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Henderson State University. He played baseball and was a member of Alpha Epsilon Lambda (Graduate Honors Society), Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honors Society), and Fellowship of Christian Athletes while attending Henderson State. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Brazos County Bar Association. Tadarious is inspired by the needs of clients and his goal is to protect their rights and ensure they are treated fairly. He has the drive and dedication needed to build strong cases and get results that help clients get back to the state of health and well-being that they were in before they were injured.
Jessica was born and raised in Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Political Science. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University School of Law. While completing her law degree, Jessica clerked for a variety of law firms including Schultz & Kellar, PLLC, Hartline Barger, LLP, and Craig Terrill Hale & Grantham, LLP. Jessica’s top priority is helping her clients. She wants to ensure that each client gets the treatment they need to get back in the state they were before the wreck, and she will do everything she can to make that happen.
Jeremy is an attorney with more than 12 years of litigation experience. He has litigated hundreds of cases along the Florida Gulf Coast. Prior to working with Chad Jones Law, he defended personal injury cases, worked as an assistant attorney general and focused on residential real estate litigation and title services. Jeremy is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and Florida Coastal School of Law. He is excited to bring the power and experience of Chad Jones Law out of Texas and into Florida – in order to help injured clients obtain the justice they deserve.
Rosemarie has over 28 years of experience in the legal field, specifically 18 years as a paralegal-case manager, and holds a certificate in paralegal studies. Her experience includes 12 years with the City of Bryan, including the Police Department’s Criminal Investigation and Records Department. She was also an emergency specialist for Brazos County 911. As senior paralegal, Rosemarie assists Mr. Jones in pursuing injury and wrongful death cases, beginning with the initial investigation and obtaining the necessary evidence to pursue the claim. She manages the intakes for all Chad Jones Law locations to ensure cases are signed and processed in a timely manner. She also screens records for medical malpractice cases. Senior Litigation Case Manager and Injury Case Manager
Amber earned her bachelor of science degree in agriculture from Texas A&M University and an associate of science degree in business from Blinn Junior College. She has a passion for helping people and takes great pride in her career. Her top priority is making sure that the client is taken care of and that they have the best experience possible when working with Chad Jones Law. Amber was an insurance adjuster for almost 10 years, so she knows the ins and outs of the industry, which gives her an upper hand at handling each case with a high level of expertise. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two daughters play in the many sports they compete in.
James has a bachelor of science degree in political science from Texas A&M University. James spent three years as a district parole officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, nine years as a police officer for the City of College Station, and two years as a private investigator. James is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as an infantryman in the Army’s elite 75th Ranger Regiment as a member of the Regiment’s 3D Ranger Battalion. James is passionate about helping others and enjoys being a part of a great team working for our clients. Ready to fight, ready to win! James has been married for nineteen years and in his off-time James is a “Cheer Dad” for his daughter, who attends A&M Consolidated High School.
Injury Case Manager
Sarah graduated with a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Sam Houston State University, with a focus on criminal investigation and victim studies. She has worked in customer service for more than seven years. Originally from New Waverly, she started with Chad Jones Law as a legal support assistant. She is familiar with how cases are processed from start to finish. In her role as case manager, Sarah’s goal is to keep clients informed and confident in choosing Chad Jones Law to represent them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family.
Litigation-Injury Case Manager
Krystal earned her bachelor of science degree in political science with a minor in sociology from Texas A&M University. She previously worked in the Brazos County District Clerks Office prior to joining the Chad Jones Law team. Because of her education, experience, and a strong family background related to law and law enforcement, she is well-versed in the legal field. Krystal is married with four children and enjoys being involved in her community. Here at Chad Jones Law, Krystal's goal is to keep the client well-informed throughout the process so that they are comfortable and confident in each litigation phase.
Injury Case Manager
Maria received her associate degree with a major in paralegal studies from McLennan Community College. She is also currently working on completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Maria has over 10 years of experience working as a paralegal and is very knowledgeable of the personal injury field. Maria has a passion for helping those in need and reaching out to the Hispanic community. Her ability to speak Spanish allows her to help those who are not bilingual. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family in Waco, Texas.
Yvonne Ramirez Zimmerman
Legal Support Assistant Team Lead, Intakes and Interim Records Manager
With a passion for helping people, Yvonne's greatest strength lies in making sure you are treated with dignity and respect. While at Chad Jones Law, she has been promoted to numerous positions giving her an understanding of a case from beginning to end. In her many roles, she talks to potential clients and schedules appointments, oversees medical and billing records, as well as the expenses for such records, manages text messages, leads and trains legal and support assistants, and oversees the beginning stages of pre-litigation. Yvonne has more than 30 years of experience in customer service, driven by a passion for helping people. Born and raised in the Bryan/College Station area, Yvonne is very active in the community. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 27 years and has five children. Law Firm Administrator
Stephanie obtained her bachelor of science degree in political science from Texas A&M University, with a focus on legal research and a minor in business management. Stephanie manages the firm and makes sure you receive prompt personal attention along the way. Like her husband, Chad Jones, she has a passion for helping people and her priority is to work with you for the justice you deserve.
As Firm Administrator, Stephanie focuses on improving the client experience and the firm’s case results each day, overseeing overall operations, processes and procedures, compliance, technology, HR management and accounting. She is also heavily involved in strategic business planning and the expansion of the firm. In addition, Stephanie developed the core values that all attorneys and staff members follow in order to put clients first and provide the best representation. She describes herself as obsessed with personal and firm growth, and with providing the best quality of service. Stephanie and Chad have three children, and she enjoys watching them play soccer. She volunteers with the Lone Star Running Project and the Brazos Valley Heart Ball Committee for the American Heart Association. She also enjoys reading, traveling and spending time outside.
Injury Case Manager
Jo has worked in the legal field for 22 years as a legal assistant and paralegal, and has experience in civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, probate, real estate transactions and business formation. She is married with four children, three grandchildren, and a very spoiled Olde English Bulldogge. Jo loves the outdoors, spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She has a passion for helping others, seeking justice and problem solving.
Litigation Case Manager
A native of West Texas, Josh attended University of Texas Permian Basin where he was a member of the men’s basketball team. Prior to joining Chad Jones Law, Josh began his legal career as a paralegal and case manager at a large personal injury law firm in Lubbock and continued at a statewide personal injury law firm. With more than 12 years of litigation experience, Josh has the knowledge to make sure that each client is taken care of. He enjoys taking part in every aspect of each case from the initial client meeting to settlement or trial. Josh is married and has three children with his wife, Lillian. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending athletic events with his wife. He is an avid supporter of his children’s school, Meals on Wheels, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Records and Legal Support Assistant
Gabriela graduated from Texas A&M University, where she was involved in the Puerto Rican Student Association, Fish Camp, and Aggies to Aggies. Gabriela is dedicated to her work to ensure that clients receive the best service possible and the justice they deserve. She plans to pursue a law degree while continuing to work in the legal field.
Legal Support Assistant
Vivian graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Born and raised in Lake Jackson, she worked in sales and other positions for Wayfair before joining Chad Jones Law. Vivian loves to travel and sample local food and cuisine. She loves learning and makes it a point to learn something new every day. She loves to help others and enjoys working with a team that makes a difference in the community.
Legal Support Assistant
Tayler has experience in customer service and medical records before joining Chad Jones Law. She is very passionate about helping people and the community. A native of Palestine, Tayler is very detail-oriented and strives to learn new things. She enjoys reading, eating at new restaurants, and going to concerts. She has a dog named Oreo who loves walks in the park.
Legal Support Assistant
Sarah worked in customer service before joining Chad Jones Law. Originally from San Benito, she moved to College State to attend Texas A&M University, where she is pursuing a degree in sociology. Sarah’s parents are both veterans who work in law enforcement, and she always wanted to follow in their footsteps by pursuing a career that made an impact on people’s lives. Sarah is hardworking and very driven. She enjoys reading, shooting, riding horses, cooking and going country and/or Tejano dancing. She loves to learn new things to better herself.
Legal Support Assistant
Andie worked in customer service in the hotel industry before joining Chad Jones Law and held multiple leadership positions. Originally from Fredericksburg, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She enjoys working out and spending time with family, friends, and her dog. Andie values people and relationships and loves learning and experiencing new things. She is passionate about helping others and doing what’s right.
Zach is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing an MBA. He brings over 13 years of IT experience to the Chad Jones Law team. Originally from Houston, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, motorcycle racing, and performing as a drummer in his band, The Vintage Ramekins.
Legal Support Assistant
Lucy has years of experience working with medical records, which helps her excel in her role at Chad Jones Law. She was born and raised in Dallas and is bilingual. She loves her family and her dogs. She’s also a foodie who enjoy reading and archery. Lucy enjoys meeting new people and making long-lasting friendships and relationships that are built on trust, honesty, and respect. She loves the feeling of helping people and learning new things. She is happy to be working with a team of people she respects and looks up to.
Human Resources Generalist
As the HR Generalist, Morgan manages the firm's human resources, recruitment, and office operations. Morgan graduated from Texas A&M University with a marketing degree from Mays Business School. She comes to us from Houston, TX, where she successfully created and managed a human resources department. She has also been a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Voices for Children. Morgan's main goal is to empower the firm’s employees and ensure that they have the resources necessary to stand behind the firm’s main principle of putting the client first. She is responsible for implementing human resources management strategies that enable Chad Jones Law to recruit, train, and retain high performing, motivated employees. Waco and Temple Office Coordinator and New Client Specialist
Office Coordinator and Intakes
Linda works in our Waco office. She has 15 years of experience in the legal field, many of them in personal injury. She has a passion for helping people. She has been referred to as a “client whisperer” due to her ability to relate to clients and understand what they are going through. Born and raised in Austin, Linda currently lives in Temple with her husband Gabriel and their cat, Mr. Mojo. She loves the great outdoors, the beach, and saltwater kayak fishing.
Office Coordinator and Intakes
Elayne has more than 10 years of customer service experience. She enjoys helping new and current clients in the firm’s west Texas office. Elayne helps the firm run smoothly and efficiently during the process of intakes and signups, and coordinates with other staff members to gather needed information from clients. She enjoys being a positive team player and helping both clients and team members in any area when needed. She tries to always see the positive to every circumstance in life and spends her extra time with her children. Elayne is proud to be a part of the Chad Jones Law team. Recognizing that every client is of great importance, she strives to put clients’ needs first. She takes pride in seeing the firm work hard for clients and deliver on the trust that they place in us.
Office Coordinator and Intakes
Valeria is a bilingual Spanish speaker from Boyd, Texas, currently living in the Midland area. Before joining Chad Jones Law, Valeria had three years of experience with data entry and customer service. Valeria is a hardworking individual who is passionate about learning and helping those who need it the most. Valeria has four dogs that she adores, and in her free time, you can probably find her at one of the local movie theaters.
Gianna is a graduate from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies, focusing in psychology, anthropology, and women studies. Before joining Chad Jones Law, she worked in the retail industry. During her five years of retail, Gianna worked for a high-end retailer and developed a passion for elevated customer service. Providing the clients of Chad Jones Law with the upmost care during a troublesome time is a top priority for her. Clients can expect an exceptional CJL experience, whether it be in the office or by phone.
Ambrya brings over 10 years of marketing and communications experience to her role at Chad Jones Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and is pursuing a master’s degree in marketing communications from the University of Denver. In her career, Ambrya has held marketing, communications, and alumni relations roles at the University of Florida and Texas A&M University. Most recently, she was marketing director for a branding agency based in Charleston, South Carolina. In her current role, Ambrya ensures the branding and marketing initiatives of the firm are successful, bringing value to the firm and to the clients. She is passionate about sharing the Chad Jones Law story with the community and upholding the firm’s core values.
